Thanks to everyone who came out to the booksigning on Saturday. It was great to talk with old and new friends, and meet new readers as well. Brenda and her staff at Waldenbooks at the Leavenworth Plaza did an awesome job as always, and the event was a huge success.

If you didn’t make it, Brenda has signed copies of One Real Man and One Real Cowboy in stock. 🙂

I had to do the grocery store trip yesterday, and I ended up in the book aisle. (Imagine that!) Anyway, they had two copies of One Real Man on the racks. Usually they stock minimum of three, so somebody had already bought a copy. 🙂 I got out my pen and signed the two copies, then put a shiny gold autographed sticker on the cover, and put them back at eye level.

Amazing how good these drop in signings can be. I hope that it’s a treat for readers to happen on an autographed copy in a store.

Tomorrow is the real deal at Waldenbooks in Leavenworth. Hope to see some of you there.

The official release day for One Real Man is April 1, but it’s been spotted in bookstores already.

First person to let me know (thank you, GF!) was Sharon Long (aka Maya Banks). She found ORM in a Books-A-Million in Texas and took my hot Blue Boy home with her. 🙂

Today was Samson’s debut at the groomer. He’s probably been in a car 3 times now. The time he was taken to the pound, the day I adopted him and fetched him home, and today. The groomer said he did really well–never barked or tried to bite, which is good. We’ve been working hard on the random nipping stuff. And mercy, he looks and smells so much better!
