Who spiked the clock?

Seriously time just seems to fly by any more. Here we are in September — Labor Day weekend no less!

This entire summer didn’t seem normal to me and a big reason was my unreal deadlines. But yay! I turned in my third Presents and will now await the verdict.

This book is set in Tuscany and the incredibly fabulous slice of heaven known at Cinque Terre. I want to go there! It so looks like the perfect writer’s escape.

One of the doctors I work for has been there and we’ve yakked about the incredible beauty of the place — hers from being there and diving off the rocks into the sea, and mine from my research and imagination. Thanks mucho Dr. S!!!

Next week it’s nose to the grindstone because I have two major deadlines to meet. The final Lost Sons Trilogy historical is due Jan 3. The fourth Presents is due Feb 1. God help me…

Hope everyone has great plans for the looong weekend. I plan to shop and do some serious cleaning at the house. What about you? Anything really fun planned?

Nothing big planned here. My son is home from college for the weekend, so I guess we will be spending time with him. I will have to do a little cleaning, but not much. Plan on doing some reading too.

Ah, reading is always a good past time. 🙂 I did some much needed shopping today and hope do to some cleaning tomorrow. Tonight I’m getting a newsletter out to readers. Monday I going to start writing the third Lost Sons book. This will be Trey’s story and I’ve really been anxious to write it. Of course now that the time is here, I’d stressing, lol. Anyway, a busy weekend that already going by way to fast.
