After the shake up at the publisher with my editor getting fired and them moving their offices, I had to wonder how this would effect me. I like little changes because they give me a fresh outlook. Usually. I’m not such a big fan of big changes because often they signal starting over from scratch.

The past two years I’ve had some big changes in my life. One was a pull the rug out from under you change. I was ready to coast for a while. Surprise!

Hilary Sares, my editor at Kensington Publishing, has left the company.

Editors come and go all the time. It’s the nature of publishing. I can deal with that.
